Our client is a world leading corporate business in the heart of London, who have an immediate need for a Help Desk Advisor, based within luxurious offices in Farringdon, London – to provide professional systems and business process support to internal users of the firms financial systems. Offering a sensational basic salary of 18,000 - 23,000 + 2k bonus + outstanding corporate benefits package.
This is a great opportunity work with one of the world's largest corporate professional services firms and the main duties of this role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to user so the system and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customers full satisfaction. - Log all calls on the firms logging system. - Identify and resolve problems that are raised by callers.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years helpdesk experience with excellent customer service skills, be able to work on your own initiative, under pressure and have the ability to handle difficult and delicate situations. Basic MS Office and Lotus Notes is required.
